Isabelle from SUP School offers SUP yoga, fitness or pilates at Tanjong Beach, Sentosa. Classes are 1 hour sessions and on demand. You can get a group sessions for S$60 per person starting from 2 persons and above or a private session for S$100. Classes include paddle board rental and instructor’s fee. Rachel Charis offers SUP yoga and SUP Fitness at Mana Mana Beach Club, East Coast Park. SUP Yoga classes are held every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm and SUP Fitness every Sunday from 9am – 10am for S$50 per person including board rental and instructors fee. What is SUP Yoga?

SUP (Stand Up Paddling) workouts involve standing on a Stand-Up Paddle board while performing yoga routines. You’ll get the opportunity to hone your core strength, your balance and also your stretching. This exercise works your muscles more than ordinary yoga sessions because you have to tighten your core much more to ensure your balance.

We will try to make SUP yoga available at Adult Playground. Adult Playground is a one day semi-insane sports and music festival at Siloso Beach, with lots of adult sized slides, sports and games for you and your friends to enjoy the most fun day of the year.
